REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

Regional Sales Directors are Independent Sales Representatives who cover a protected territory about 250 miles in radius from their base of operation. Our goal is to recruit individuals who present a professional image, are people oriented and have good listening skills. We are interested in individuals who are aggressive and will accept the challenge of calling on retailers, distributors, and regional and national companies. If you fit this profile, you will certainly want to contact us.

We also like:

• 5 years sales experience
• Business to business sales a plus
• Willingness to work as a team player
• Average overnight travel of 2 nights per week

Regional Sales Directors should expect:

• Earning potential first year $60 - 75k
• Earning potential after first year 100k.
• We will provide the RSD 2 to 3 qualified appointments per day.

 ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES

 

Account Executives are Inside Sales Representatives who are capable of setting executive level appointments for Regional Sales Directors. Appointments are set with decision makers or executives who may be interested in implementing an Incentive Travel Promotion to help meet their marketing needs. Appointments will be set with companies ranging from the small retailers to the Fortune 500 category. Account Executives will be trained to assist Regional Sales Directors with follow–up in closing sales.

• Strong phone experience
• Business to business sales
• Good communication skills
• Team player a must
• Ideally 2 plus years sales experience.

Account Executives can expect:

• Earning potential first year 30k - 40k
